This time we focus on metrics & measurements that can be used to measure performance as well as health. We discuss VO2max testing as well as resting metabolic rate & also how the results from a DEXA scan itself can help target areas for action across a variety of sports.
Owen also explains the different ways we utilise fuel for energy across a range of intensities & how this itself can be trained to lead to higher levels of performance.
